VIA #PhoenixFam student, Liam Moore, has received the "Game Changer of the Year" award for the First Tee Golf organization of NWA. Liam was selected from roughly 1400 students in our area served by the organization last year. He received this award for perseverance, leadership, and service through the organization.

#PhoenixFam teachers, Mrs. Campbell & Mrs. Arriola, are at the National Council of Teachers of English Annual Convention in Boston. They were selected to present ideas for fostering learning through cultural literacy, inquiry, arts integration and competency based education.
REMINDER: Tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 5:30 - 6:30, there will be an introductory info meeting for students and their families who are in 8th or 9th grade and considering taking their first AP class next school year. Dr. Hopper, Ms. Tarvin and some of our counselors and DTSOI AP teachers will host. This meeting will be held in the WEST HUB.
